“ We love this place when we come to wild dunes! I've been here three times and it never disappointed. The outside bar is so fun and the inside is classy with beautiful views! The food has always been great, I've had fish and last time I had the spaghetti squash which was amazing! Very family friendly and my dad was obsessed with the sunset on the creek martini. Definitely recommend for a great beach dinner! ”

Seafood was great and I even had left overs which does not happen often. I got the grilled seafood dinner and my wife got the shrimp and grits.. Both were great.. plus we saw dolphins jumping in the water.. great place.. ”

“ Morgan Creek Grill is located on the Isle of Palms next to the Isle of Palms Marina. The views of the marina, intercostal, and marshes from the restaurant are beautiful; making the perfect spot for happy hour to watch the sun set. The restaurant is huge with dining rooms upstairs and downstairs and a very nice outside area for bands during the warmer (or cooler) months. I can't believe I've only been here a few times; as this place is a true treasure not only for the scenery mentioned above, but also some pretty amazing food. I've been here twice for their Thanksgiving Buffett and was impressed both times with the huge selection of traditional foods such as turkey, dressing, gravy, cranberry sauce, and not so traditional like the awesome smoked salmon. Service each time I've visited has been top notch! The servers and bartenders do an outstanding job at taking care of their guests. ”

“ Whether you consider yourself a local or traveler, whether you live 1 block away or 25 miles away, whether your in your car, on a boat, in a golf cart or on foot you have got to stop by and give Morgan Creek a try. And look at that view. It is beautiful! I go here often and have always been pleased with the food, the service, the view and the bar tending but on this night I was 5 Star surprised to imbibe Morgan Creek's Crazy Roll. All I can say is OMG! If you are a steak lover and a sushi lover then you are going to love this creation. It was prepared to perfection and music to my tastebuds. I mean look at the picture I've posted. ”

“ Had a blast while sitting at their outside bar. Bartenders are very helpful and attentive. I had to try their "Gator Bites". A bit apprehensive .... but glad I tried these. They were truly delicious. Not at all what I was expecting. They were fried nicely and came with a spicy dipping sauce. Excellent! I'd ask for these again in a minute! ”

“ Great little dinner spot for a Friday or Saturday night! This restaurant is pretty large, with a social bar area that isn't overly crowded. When we arrived, the restaurant was packed. They put us aaaallllllll the way in the back at the last table, which was on a slant, but we didn't mind. we were by the window overlooking the water! Service was a bit slow, I think due to our location. Our waiter was super nice and very knowledgeable about the menu/recommendations. Definitely recommend the Lowcountry Lemonade to start your night off right! The Blue Cheese Wedge was huge (you could easily split between two people or have as an entree). The Wahoo fish was pretty decent. The winner was the 8oz filet. So tender and juicy! Overall, food was good and prices were reasonable for the dining experience. What didn't go so well is that they were out of 2-3 different menu items when we got there, so the waiter kept coming back to apologize and ask what we would want instead. Situation was a little frustrating, but remedied with a slice of Key Lime Pie on the house. I would recommend this place if you're going on a date or looking for just a nice place to go on a Friday or Saturday night. They also have a casual outdoor bar area if you want to have a drink and watch the sun set. If you can, take advantage of the valet parking, because spots are hard to find if you're going at a busy time. ”

“ Wow, how have I never been to Morgan Creek Grill before?? This gem is hidden in the back of IOP by the marina and features some amazing food and even better views of the inlet. Absolutely stunning! I stopped by the upstairs for lunch last week, on a day that was sunny and 72. It was perfect. you can't ask for better views or a better place to eat lunch! We started with an order of the buffalo shrimp, sprinkled with blue cheese and they were really tasty. The shrimp was nice and crispy, and the buffalo sauce was light and not overwhelming. I like the blue cheese because it gave a little creaminess and tanginess. A very well-balanced dish! My favorite app, however, was the poke nachos; oh boy were these delicious! The tuna was amazing and so full of flavor. It was the perfect thing to eat whilst looking out over the water. Super bright and refreshing. I would order this 100 more times! We also had the jumbo shrimp cocktail with pickled okra. When they say jumbo shrimp, they aren't joking around! These puppies were ginormous. And the pickled okra that they came with was pretty tasty, too! For my entree, I had the lobster roll, which was a bit smaller than I would've like, but chock full of lobster meat. They use a vinaigrette instead of mayo and butter, and I actually really liked it. It was a nice change! Next time you're in IOP, be sure to check out Morgan Creek Grill! ”
